About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Telegram groups, etc.)

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

5. Interview the candidates via phone, and video

6. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc.

7. Coordinate between the candidates and company throughout the process
